FTKEE Enlivens Kita Generasi Madani Carnival Through STEM Exhibitions and Activities
KUANTAN | 15 September 2026 – The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology (FTKEE), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), participated in the STEM Exhibition and Activities Programme held in conjunction with the Karnival KITA Generasi Madani 2026 at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Mat Kilau, Kuantan.
The programme, held from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., involved the participation of 22 FTKEE lecturers and two postgraduate students as facilitators in conducting various STEM-related exhibitions and activities for Form 1 to Form 5 students.
FTKEE’s participation provided students with opportunities to gain direct exposure to the applications of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through a more interactive learning environment, while also gaining a closer understanding of the programmes and areas of expertise offered by FTKEE.
The participation also served as a platform to strengthen collaboration between UMPSA and the school, while supporting ongoing efforts to enhance young people’s interest, awareness and enthusiasm towards STEM and providing them with opportunities to explore the world of engineering more closely.
