UMPSA and FTKEE Continues Ziarah Prihatin Series to the Sabah Zone
Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) remains committed to reaching out to prospective Diploma students in need who will begin registering at the end of July, now extending their efforts to the state of Sabah. Representing UMPSA were Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd Rusllim Mohamed, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs & Alumni, and Dr. Mohd Helmi Suid, Head of the Diploma Program at the Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology.
The mission in Sabah began with a visit to Mr. Ivan Yeo Seng Chee in Lahad Datu. The second of three siblings, Ivan is an upcoming student in the Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering program. With his parents working as small-scale traders, he was worried about continuing his studies.
Nevertheless, UMPSA is pleased to assist Ivan by providing an early education incentive and a laptop to facilitate his studies. We wish Ivan all the best. See you at UMPSA !!
