This laboratory introduces the fundamental of semiconductor devices which are diodes and transistors. It also describes BJT transistors operational characteristic that covers the DC and AC analysis. In addition, the various type of BJT configuration will be examined and analyzed. Furthermore, the analysis of the amplifier circuit will be extended to its frequency response
